Feedback & support
Found a problem? Tell the court.
Inside the app, open Help & Feedback: report a problem, send a suggestion, talk to support or open the guides. Every message becomes a ticket with a number you can follow.
- Type and severity. Bug, problem, suggestion, question, security or other; low, medium, high or critical.
- Version and platform filled in for you. An optional technical diagnostic helps the team reproduce it, and you see exactly what goes before sending.
- Security and critical first. Those tickets enter the queue as priority.
- Photos. Attach up to 3 screenshots to a ticket.
- Never send secrets. No password, seed phrase, private key, API key or token, ever. Support will never ask, and anything that looks like one is removed before the ticket is saved.

No account needed.
Write what happened or what you would like to see. Add screenshots if they help, and an e-mail if you want an answer. It goes to the same queue as the tickets from the app.
Never write passwords, seed phrases, private keys, API keys or tokens. Cover keys, wallet addresses and balances in your screenshots.
Questions
Before you start.
Nobody can promise that. Crypto is volatile and any strategy can lose money. Mammon is software that trades for you inside limits you choose. Start in training mode, and only go live with money you can afford to lose.
No. On Binance you create an API key with withdrawals switched off: it can place trades and read balances, nothing else. On Solana the agents trade from their own wallet, created on your computer, holding only what you send it; you can export it to Phantom and take the money back at any time.
No. Every screen is explained in plain language, and training mode lets you watch the court with practice money for as long as you want.
On Binance, liquid spot pairs against USDT such as BTC, ETH, SOL and XRP. On Solana, SPL tokens against USDC through Jupiter: seven core coins plus the verified, liquid tokens found by the daily discovery (20 today).
The app and this website work in English and Portuguese. Pick the language in the top bar; the choice is remembered. Spanish and other languages are planned.
Mammon Capital is currently in Closed Beta: a limited group, up to 50 participants opened in stages, tests the product, finds problems and gives feedback before the public launch. Accounts are created by invitation. Nothing is charged during the beta.
Stop everything sells what the agents hold and stops them, from your computer or phone. On Solana the emergency lock blocks new trades at once, and a swap that fails or expires on the network is never counted.
No. From version 1.1.0, Mammon tells you when a new version exists and installs it when you tap Update now, checking its signature first. Your settings, keys and history stay. If something fails, Windows goes back to the previous version by itself.
Nothing is charged during the closed beta. After it, PRO and MAX are billed monthly in US dollars; cancelling keeps access until the end of the paid month, then the app goes back to training mode. Selling and stops always keep working.
Mammon Capital and its Social area are for adults only. Your ID is read automatically once, to confirm you are 18 or older and that the name and birth date match what you typed. The image is not stored; we keep only the result.
No. Offices and skins only change how the app looks. The court trades the same way in every one of them.
Shop payments are not open yet: during the beta you can preview everything. When they open, items are paid once, in US dollars, on the payment processor's own page; Mammon Capital never sees your card.
